Any warranties on the products sold hereby are those made by the manufacturer, if any. The seller hereby disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied, including any implied warrantee or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and Freestyle Connection, neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of said products.

If you need technical assistance with parts sold by Freestyle Connection you can call 561-693-9177. If you have a problem with an order, need to check when an order was shipped, need a part number or have questions about parts applications, please call 561-693-9177 as well.
Foreign orders must be pre-paid in U.S. dollars. When placing an order by email, please include your exact shipping address, (with your country & city code). This is very important. We will email a quote and a request for payment with instructions.
Back orders are shipped automatically if less than 30-days from original order date. We will verify, by telephone or FAX, any back orders held over 30-days before shipping.
Retail orders are shipped Fedex C.O.D. via personal check, money order, cashiers check or pre-pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card. Dealer orders are shipped Fedex C.O.D. via company check, money order, cashiers check or with the previously listed Credit Cards. Freestyle Connection offers no credit terms.
Dealers presenting a bad check will be placed on a PREPAYMENT Only Status until the problem has cleared. All Florida dealers must furnish Freestyle Connection with a completed Florida State Resale Card or the appropriate sales tax will be charged. All C.O.D. orders are subject to current Fedex pricing charges per box shipped. These charges are included in addition to the normal shipping charges.
All orders are shipped Fedex Ground/USPS Priority Mail and are normally shipped on a same day basis if received by 12 noon Eastern Standard Time (excluding custom orders). Fedex Overnight, Fedex 2-Day, Fedex Saturday, Fedex 3-Day and Federal Express services are available upon request for additional charges. Damaged merchandise must be returned to our shipping department within 14 days of the invoice date with a RA#. Therefore, please inspect all boxes upon delivery. All damage claims are to be reported to the freight carrier. Credit Card orders must be shipped to address of Credit Card holder unless otherwise approved by Freestyle Connection.
Do not return any merchandise without calling and receiving a return authorization number (RA#). This number must be used for all returns and must appear prominently on the outside of the box. No returns are allowed on electrical parts, tools or special order items. All sales final after 20 working days from the invoice date and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
